Zach Bryan has emerged as one of the biggest and fastest rising superstars in the country music genre. Less than one month after releasing his highly anticipated self-titled album, Bryan returns with a slew of new music. Surprising fans today with five brand new tracks, Bryan drops the Boys Of Faith EP.

Out now, September 22nd, everywhere you listen to music, Zach Bryan’s Boys Of Faith EP hosts five new songs including collaborations with Noah Kahan and Bon Iver. Bryan first teased the new music on Instagram earlier this week. “Locked myself in a studio all week, wrote myself through a notebook, walked around with people I love in the city then went campin, felt restful and hopeful, thankful for breathing no matter the day, just grateful” Bryan shared. Adding, “thank you to @boniver and @noahkahanmusic.”

The Best Songs on Zach Bryan’s Latest Album

Zach Bryan has emerged as one of the biggest superstars in the country music genre. His brand new self-titled album is full of hits. Here are arguably the five best songs off the record.

“Hey Driver” ft. The War and Treaty

“So take me down a road that’s a little bit windy // To a place they still put sugar in their iced tea // Where the women are fine and the love is fair // Hey, driver, you can drop me off anywhere”

One of the few collaborations off the record, the second this song kicks off, you know you are in for a good time. Both Bryan and The War and Treaty smash the vocals on this track. It is hard not to fall in love with it almost instantly.

 

“Oklahoman Son”

“You can fight and fiend and sell your guns // But you’ll always be thе Oklahoman son // You’ll always be the Oklahoman son”

Even before the song came out, there was something special about Bryan’s voice and honesty on this song. The song feels haunting, poetic, and achingly beautiful – qualities that many of the superstar’s songs seem to possess.

 

“Fear and Friday’s”

“I got a fear, dear, that it’s gonna end // Won’t you get angry at me, say you love me again? // I got a fear dear, that it’s a Friday spark // You only love me like you mean it when it’s after dark”

While the intro poem version of this song is equally as good, the full-length song is captivating. “Fear and Friday’s” has instantly won the hearts of music lovers everywhere. The song is honest, raw, and relatable making it one of the best songs off Zach Bryan’s self-titled project.

 

“I Remember Everything” ft. Kacey Musgraves

“Pictures and passin’ time // You only smile like that when you’re drinkin’ // I wish I didn’t, but I do // Remember every moment on the nights with you”

While truthfully all the collaborations could have made this list, “I Remember Everything” featuring Kacey Musgraves is a standout. Both Musgraves and Bryan trade verses on the song, adding to the overall ambiance of the track. The tune is all heart, and it’s hard not to love it.

 

“Jakes’s Piano – Long Island”

“I finally quit smokin’ cigarettes // And I don’t go downtown drinkin’ ’til it’s dawn // The best parts of you are here but you’rе still gone”

Finally, our last pick for one of the best songs of Bryan’s self-titled album is “Jake’s Piano – Long Island.” A homage to Long Island, New York, and memories that Bryan clearly had there, it feels important to share this song on this list, since we are a NY-based company. Also, the track just happens to be really incredible too!

Full of sixteen songs, including killer collaborations with artists like War and Treaty, Sierra Ferrell, Kacey Musgraves, and The Lumineers, the album leaves fans hanging on to each and every track.

“Really proud to call the writing and production on somethin’ all mine,” Bryan shared on social media. “Thank y’all for your patience, I didn’t make this album to appease people who will never be happy anyways, I made it for my people, hope everyone has a good weekend.”

Zach Bryan Reveals 2023 Tour Dates for The Burn, Burn, Burn Tour

Zach Bryan dropped a major announcement this week revealing his 2023 ‘The Burn, Burn, Burn Tour.’ Get all the dates and details below.

2023 is shaping up to be a killer year for country music! Zach Bryan is hitting the road on his headlining tour, ‘The Burn, Burn, Burn Tour,” kicking off this Spring.

In order to keep tickets in the hands of fans, Bryan is using the Fair AXS registration instead of Ticketmaster. Get all the info in the post here. Fans looking to secure tickets must sign-up to register for tickets here before January 29th at 10 p.m. ET. Fans will be notified via email beginning February 13th if they have been selected and tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

Zach Bryan: ‘Summertime Blues’ – EP Review

Zach Bryan releases his new EP, Summertime Blues, out now, July 15th on all streaming platforms. Listen to the brand new project below and check out our full review.

Zach Bryan is taking the country music world by storm. Just two months ago, the singer-songwriter released his debut album, filled with 34 songs. One would think that Bryan is done cranking out music for right now, but that’s wrong! The singer is back with a brand new project entitled Summertime Blues, showcasing that he was made to do this.

Although referenced as an EP, the project has nine songs for music lovers to enjoy, all written by Bryan. Beginning with “Quittin’ Time,” Bryan leans into his traditional country sound. The folky tune has both an enticing sound and foot-stomping melody. The same mood is evident on his song, “Us Then,” which comes later on in the project. On “Motorcycle Drive By,” the singer professes all the emotions associated with being a country boy.

“It’s a motorocycle drive-by, baby drive your kind eyes // I think it’s about time we headed home // Walking on such tight ripe, with my damn high hopes, // Country boys don’t die alone // Reading poetry under shade trees // That woman she’s my baby, and I will be in Richmond by tonight”

The folk-heavy sound continues on the title track, arguably one of the best on the project. On “Summertime Blues,” Bryan’s emotive, yet impactful voice shines. The honesty that this song evokes is unparalleled. The song will take country lovers to a new dimension, but we believe that fans of artists like Mumford and Sons will also resonate with this one-of-a-kind track.

Bryan continues to showcase his talent on the next two tracks, “Oklahoma Smoke Show,” and “Jamie.” On the former, Bryan tells the story of a girl, who is just trying to live her life; despite hardship. The song is storytelling at its finest. If “Oklahoma Smoke Show’ is a story of a lost girl, “Jamie” is the sequel. The six-verse song appears to continue the story of a girl, who is just trying to figure it out and a man who misses her. Listen to the story unfold through each meaningful verse and supportive chorus.

Next up, “Twenty So” is a quiet masterpiece on the already impressive project. Written by Bryan, the track reads as a journal entry. Leaning on his faith and his experience in the military, the singer has clearly thought a lot about the meaning of life.

“When the day is done // And those neon lights call you home // You’ll be begging for a savior // To let you savor, // The saved times of Twenty-So // When the night is through // And those American girls are headed home // You’ll be begging of your savior // To let you save her, / From the sweet nights of Twenty-So”

On “Matt and Audie,” Bryan tells another heartfelt story. The story, about a couple, seems to be the country version of Bonnie and Clyde. Despite the impact the story has, Bryan returns to a pensive song on the final track of the project. “All The Time” is a love song and heartbreak song all mixed together. Another one of our favorites, the song showcases the singer in the best life.

Overall, Summertime Blues EP is another incredible project by Bryan. There is no one quite like him in the genre, and that’s a good thing! If you have not yet listened to Bryan, now is the time!

According to Bryan on social media, “I’d say true love rips your heart out and puts it back together all in the same sentence or song. Here’s an album I wrote with pain, laughter, humility, love and honesty. I didn’t call it American Heartbreak after a tacky love story, but because we all face trials every day and put ourselves back together every single time regardless. Whether in relationships or jobs, our families, our dreams or our let downs, I just wrote the whole thing praying someone just might relate to a story or two.” We think that pretty much personifies the debut record!
