Dylan Marlowe Drops Two New Songs “Grew Up Country” & “Empty Shotgun”

Dylan Marlowe drops two new songs “Grew Up Country” and “Empty Shotgun,” out now, March 23rd, on all streaming platforms. Listen to the new tracks below.

Newly signed recording-artist, Dylan Marlowe is giving fans a double taste of his undeniable charm and talent. The singer-songwriter drops two brand new songs, “Grew Up Country” and “Empty Shotgun (Mr. Mechanic)” out today.

The first of the two tracks, “Grew Up Country,” is Marlowe’s love letter to his hometown. While many artists talk about their country roots and how proud they are to be from their hometowns, Marlowe’s approach is fresh, innovative, and feels authentic to his artistry.

“I wouldn’t have it any other way, thank God I was born and raised // Down there where the street ends and the creek bends // Weekends, we’d spend our money on // Cold beers from the county store, a couple inches on a 4×4 // Lord knows there’s a lot of ways that we coulda came up, buddy //But I’m glad we grew up country”

The singer’s second new song, “Empty Shotgun (Mr. Mechanic)” is a songwriter’s song. Written by Marlowe with Seth Ennis and Joe Fox, the artist uses double meanings and wordplay to convey his heartbreak. In its most simplistic form, the new song is as relatable as they come, while still being clever.

“Ain’t like there’s nothing in the tank // It’s full of 87 // I don’t think it’s what you think // Yeah, this thing runs like heaven // If you wanna know why // I can’t drive // When I climb in this truck // Yeah, it’s got a cab full of memories // And an empty shotgun”

Although his career is still young, Marlowe proves with each and every release that he can hang with the best of them. The singer-songwriter knows how to craft a meaningful lyric and relays each message he writes with incredible ability and authentic vulnerability.

Written by Evans with Zach Kale and Geoff Warburton, “On My Own Again” follows the viral single, “Over For You.” Although lyrically, the song is melancholy, there is also an added hint of hope complemented by some island sounds. Evans does an exquisite just of emoting through song, while also leaving the listener with a sense that all will be okay, even though everything is changing.

“The pictures in my head are all of her I’m taking with me // The rest of it, I left back in that house // Tomorrow when she wakes up I wonder if she’ll miss me // This time I ain’t hanging round to find out // I’m gonna drive until the wheels fall of this old truck in my heart // If forever’s gonna end like that I guess I’d better start // The rest of my life like the best time’s up around the bend // Oh, on my own again”

Evans seems to be in the creative spirit, prioritizing connecting with fans and releasing new music. While “Over For You” felt heartbreakingly beautiful, “On My Own Again” feels real, honest, and like there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Fans of Evans should be excited for what is in store for the artist next!

According to Seaforth’s Tom Jordan and Mitch Thompson, “I Can’t Take You Anywhere” is a music unleveling for them, as they play with their sound in a new and exciting way. “This song is essentially about being so into someone that you can’t help but get distracted by how good they look and end up canceling plans just to be with them,” they shared in a recent press release. “Musically and lyrically, it’s a bit different for us, and it feels like a progression. We remember diving in pretty deep on the lyrics and taking our time getting the phrasing and internal rhymes right the day we wrote it.”

“I can’t take you anywhere when you’re looking like that // I know we got plans but forget ’em // I don’t really care when you zip up that dress, I drop dead // I wanna get you home before we even out the door // Wanna tell your friends we can’t make it anymore // Every time your eyes look that way // Into mine, there’s one thing on my mind // Tonight, I swear I can’t take you anywhere”

“I Can’t Take You Anywhere” is the type of song that will make people who are in love appreciate their partners and reinforce for people who are single that real love like this exists. The new song is exciting and perfect for the live stage. Seaforth knocked it out of the park with this new release!

Carrie Underwood Drops Surprise Song “Out of That Truck”

Carrie Underwood shares new surprise song, “Out of That Truck” out now, March 10th on all streaming platforms. Listen to the brand new song below.

Country superstar Carrie Underwood celebrated her 40th birthday in a special way: by giving her fans a gift in the form of a surprise new track.

The release of, “Out of That Truck” comes just nine months after Underwood’s latest full studio album, Denim & Rhinestones, and the sound is a throwback to earlier projects in the singer-songwriter’s illustrious 18-year career.

With a catchy twang and back road imagery to match, the melody and guitar-driven instrumentation are a return to the GRAMMY winner’s country roots, while the lyrics and theme are a perfect follow-up to 2022 single, “Ghost Story.” Both are about the memories and nostalgia that linger long after a relationship is done.

“My Silverado silhouette // Still shotgun riding in your head // So when you’re runnin’ around in that stick shift Chevy, I bet it drives you crazy // Thinkin’ about us on every other back road, baby // You got someone new on your bench seat, trying to forget me lately // But my memory’s stuck, so good luck // Tryna get me out of that truck”

Written by Underwood, consistent collaborator David Garcia, and Lydia Vaughn, “Out of That Truck” is a perfect song to blast with the windows down this spring.

Underwood is just a few stops away from wrapping up the Denim & Rhinestones Tour, a 43-city spectacle with special guest Jimmie Allen. But there’s no rest for Country music royalty – just a few months later she’ll return to Las Vegas to continue her residency show, REFLECTION at the Resorts World Theater.

Sibling Trio Track45 Release Brand New Song “Hate Me”

Track45 shares new song, “Hate Me” out now, March 10th on all streaming platforms. Listen to the brand new song below.

Sibling trio, Track45 are back with a brand new song that is primed for singing your heart out to. The trio combine their one-of-a-kind talents on their new track, “Hate Me.” While the song is heartbreaking if you have been through a situationship before, it is certainly medicine for the heartbroken.

Track45’s “Hate Me” is relatable and fun to listen to; despite, the melancholy lyric. They lament about how it feels to be stuck in the merry-go-round with an on and off again, should-have-been relationship. Track45 conveys the emotions flawlessly, while still bringing some sass to the song.

“Tell me that you never want to see me again // That you don’t even wanna be friends // You don’t care what I do // You don’t care where I’ve been // Cause I’ve been, holding on to something broke, when I oughta be letting go // Next time it’s late and you’re all alone // Picking up your phone // I wish you’d call me up and tell me that you hate me // I wish I’d hear you found somebody to replace me”

Track45 are a uniquely talented act in country music. They bring their harmonies, stellar songwriting, and incredible vocals to the forefront with each and every new release. “Hate Me” may be one of their best songs to date.
