Megan Moroney Releases Fiery New Anthem “Wish I Didn’t”

Megan Moroney is on a superstar trajectory! Her debut and sophomore albums helped her garner millions of fans, tens of millions of streams, and sold-out shows across the country. Now, she is embarking on a new era in her career. Album number three, Cloud 9 is coming out on Febuarary 20th. Today, Moroney gives fans another taste of what’s to come, dropping her fiery new song, “Wish I Didn’t.”

Written by the singer with Emily Weisband, Hillary Lindsey, and Luke Laird, “Wish I Didn’t” is a fiery, yet nonchalant, warning to a walking red flag. Throughout the song, Moroney reminds the man she is falling for that she is not one to be messed with because has music of course…

““Consider this a warning // You’ve got one shot to listen / I think I’m falling for you // Don’t make me wish I didn’t”. Moroney continues to up the ante on the song with one of our favorite lyrics. “You’ve been great // But honey, don’t get me wrong // Stone cold killers have guns // But I’ve got songs.”
