Erin Kinsey Shares New Track “Bet My Heart”

With less than a month before the release of her forthcoming album, out on May 19th, Erin Kinsey is giving fans another taste of what they can expect on the project. Last month, Kinsey released a heartbreakingly beautiful song called “Always Never.” Today, the songstress is sharing the EP’s title track, “Bet My Heart.”
Kinsey shared the following sentiments in a recent press release. “I don’t know how to do things halfway. It would’ve served me a lot of good knowing if I did, but unfortunately, I’m all in, says Kinsey of the new track. “I think the last song I wrote is the best song, and the last girlfriend I met is going to be my best friend for life. I’m just all the way in. So it was cool to write a song about all of the positive aspects of that, too. You know, if you’re gonna bet on anything, you might as well bet on love.”
The new single is an upbeat ear-worm. The catchy tune will have listeners jamming and singing along from the opening lyric. “Bet My Heart” is an optimistic and romantic take on falling in love and jumping in head first. It is a true “risking it all” type of song, clearly perfectly named.
“I’d bet my heart on the wild in your Tennessee smile // The stay in your brown Tecovas // The want in your eyes setting me on fire // The lean on me in your shoulders // And I don’t know what’s in the cards // But I’ve known from the start of it // I’m all in on us like Vegas at midnight // I’m willing to bet my heart on it”
With each release, it is clear that Kinsey’s upcoming EP is going to be something special. The seven-song project will definitely be an emotive, full body of work. Mark your calendars for May 19th!
