Anne Wilson Reimagines “Still Do” with Cole Swindell

Anne Wilson releases new song with Cole Swindell, “Still Do” out now, March 6th, on all streaming platforms. Listen to the brand new track below.

There is nothing quite like country-music collaborations that feel both unexpected and perfect in nature. Today, singer-songwriters, Anne Wilson and Cole Swindell combine their talents in an unexpected release. After Wilson posted a raw piano-version of her song “Still Do” on social media, Swindell found himself in the comments. The rest was history, and the new version of “Still Do” was created.

Both Wilson and Swindell bring their hearts to the song. This new version breathes even more honesty and vulnerability in the already stunning song. The singers trade verses, as well as duet on the second chorus, upping the ante to the already incredible song.

“I’ve been sneaking in the back row pew // Been a minute since I talked to You // Guess I’m hoping that You still recognize my voice // Lord knows I’ve been everywhere but here // This prodigal’s been known to disappear // If I were You I’da hit that give up on me point // Cause I don’t know where I’m going // And we both know where I’ve been // And if I’m being honest, I’ll probably wind up there again // But I’m bowing my head ’cause the words in red // Are the only thing ringing true // They tell me there’s a God who loves me // God, I hope You still do (oh, ooh, ooh)”

If you haven’t become a fan of Anne Wilson yet, now is the time! This collaboration with Cole Swindell is proof enough of her talent. Make sure to download “Still Do.”
