Meghan Patrick’s star is shining brighter than ever. To kick off 2026, she released her deluxe album, Golden Child (The Final Chapter). Earlier last year, the songstress vulnerably shared the album. Today, she adds six brand new songs to the introspective new record including, “Project” and “Hold On Meg.”
According to Patrick, these six songs were an important addition to the already deeply personal record. “This final chapter and the six songs we’ve added continue that journey and are a realization of the steps it takes to heal. The process can’t reach its resolution without forgiving the person who hurt you, and that’s what the song “You For Me” is about. I struggled with that step, but the inspiration behind that song gave me so much clarity around who forgiveness is really for, and why it matters,” she shared adding, “I hope these songs bring as much clarity and healing to the listeners as they brought me while writing them.”
Golden Child (The Final Chapter) is a truly prolific album, and we cannot wait to hear more from Patrick as the year progressed. Make sure to listen to the album!
