Here are all of HARDY’s number one songs on country radio in his music catalog. The singer-songwriter has eleven number ones to his name.

In our brand new series, we’re looking back on the songs that made it to the top of the country airplay charts. Today, we’re highlighting songs in HARDY’s career whether written or recorded by him that hit the number one spot on the country radio charts. With eleven number ones under his belt, it’s no secret his tracks keep getting recorded.

 

“Up Down”- Morgan Wallen featuring Florida Georgia Line

This was Morgan Wallen’s second single sent to country radio. Featuring Florida Georgia Line on the vocals, this track continues to be a fan favorite.  With Wallen and HARDY being good friends we knew this wouldn’t be their last time working together.

“I Don’t Know About You” was Chris Lane’s second number-one single. Featured on Chris Lane’s sophomore album, Laps Around the Sun, fans gave this song an alias by this one lyric. “What’s your wrist tattoo bible verse say?”. It’s recently become a popular TikTok trend.

 

One Big Country Song” – LOCASH

“One Big Country Song” was Locash’s second single from their third album Brothers. This track instantly will put you in a good mood. It started picking up steam at the beginning of the pandemic with its powerful message. It reminds everyone, that we all are going through similar things and when those things are difficult, we have to make the best of it.

 

“God’s Country” – Blake Shelton

With “God’s Country”, this scored Blake Shelton his 26th number-one single of his career. The edgy song pays tribute to the land that God created and makes you proud of where you came from. Shelton has credited this track to re-energizing his career.

 

“Some Girls” – Jameson Rodgers

“Some Girls” was not only Jameson Rodgers first number one but also his first single sent to country radio. The emotional lyrics tell the story of a breakup in today’s times. From mentioning following someone on social media to late-night texts, this song is super relatable.

 

“More Than My Hometown”- Morgan Wallen
Written by: HARDY, Morgan Wallen, ERNEST, and Ryan Vojtesak

Friends supporting friends. Written by Hardy, Ernest and Ryan Vojtesak with Morgan Wallen, “More Than My Hometown” became Morgan Wallen’s fourth consecutive number one song. This was the first single off Wallen’s sophomore album, Dangerous: The Double Album. It may be a breakup song but such a catchy tune to sing along with.

 

“Single Saturday Night”- Cole Swindell
Written by: HARDY, Ashley Gorley, and Mark Holman

“Single Saturday Night” became Cole Swindell’s tenth number-one single. Written for his new album Stereotype, this track is a fun twist on finding your person.  With a shoutout to the popular hard seltzer, White Claw, it makes you think when will your last single Saturday night be?  

 

“Sand in My Boots”- Morgan Wallen
Written by: HARDY, Ashley Gorley and Josh Osborne

“Sand in My Boots” became Morgan Wallen’s sixth number one. It was his single that returned him to country radio. With more dialogue than most songs, it shows the true talent of songwriters as they know how to incorporate it just right.

 

“One Beer” – Hardy Featuring Lauren Alaina & Devin Dawson
Written by: HARDY, Hillary Lindsey and Jake Mitchell

This one is special for Hardy because not only did he co-write the song with Hillary Lindsey and Jake Mitchell, he is the lead vocalist. This was his first number one as an artist, showing the world he is one of many talents.  The fan-favorite track shares how a young romance can change in an instant.

 

“Beers On Me” – Dierks Bentley ft. HARDY and Breland
Written by: HARDY, Ashley Gorley, Breland, Luke Dick, Nicolle Galyon, Ross Copperman, Ben Johnson, Dierks Bentley, and Niko Moon

Claiming the 11th spot of HARDY’s number one hits, is his first track to hit number one where he is a featured artist on the song. Dierks Bentley’s “Beers On Me” ft. HARDY and Breland hit the number one spot in April 2022. The mega collaboration is a feel-good track that is relatable and fun.

 

Eleven number ones is incredible. HARDY has helped so many artists thrive and make a name for themselves. On top of being an award-winning songwriter, HARDY is continuing to stand out as a singer. We can’t wait to see what’s next in his career as we are sure there will be many songs to add to this down the line!
