One of our 2019 Artists to Watch, Filmore Releases New Single “London”

Filmore London

As we gear up for the end of the year, one of our New York Country Swag’s 2019 Artists to Watch, Filmore delivers a new catchy tune. The rising artist released “London,” this past Friday, and it is sure to garner him many new fans!

“London” tells the story of visiting a new city alone that you always thought you would visit with your signigicant other. Written by the singer with John Luke Carter, the track name drops places in London, England and chronicles the mixed feelings associated with visiting a place with so much attached to it. On top of the endearing and heartfelt lyrics, Filmore’s voice shines on the track. He shows off his vocal chops, adding both rifts and swagger to the genre-bending jam.

“It’s been three months since I saw you / Just a few texts here and there / I saw you’re on a beach somewhere / I think I forget to tell you. / I found that list on my phone / Of places in London you wanted to go / Those tourist shops around Camden Town / Take a late night ride on the underground / See the gardens and drink one beer / I know you would die if you knew I was here.”

This January, Filmore joins fellow country songstress Lauren Alaina in Nashville to kick off her That Girl Was Me Tour. The tour stops in New York City on January 27th. Find tickets and more information at We cannot wait to see what other songs Filmore, includes in his sure to be energetic set!
