Caylee Hammack Sheds Light On Her “Family Tree” in Music Video

Caylee Hammack Family Tree

One of Capitol Records Nashville’s newest recording artists, Caylee Hammack is coming on to the scene full speed ahead with her music. Back in February, we were able to preview the newcomer at Country Radio Seminar, where she sang her debut single “Family Tree.” Over the weekend, the songstress premiered the music video for the track exclusively on CMT.

Sassy, fun, vibrant, and funky are just a few words that can be used to describe the essence of Hammack’s music. Her new music video fits that vibe perfectly. “Family Tree” draws inspiration from the songstress’ South Georgia roots and unapologetically describes family members and experiences in a creative and catchy tune. The music video features Hammack’s fiery personality, as she drives around in an old school car reminiscing about her relatives and life story so far.

In a recent press release, the singer-songwriter shared her creative process and pride for the video, even welcoming her future fanbase to her world. “I created this song about the people I love with the people I love, it’s been pretty special to have my Nashville family help me shed light on my Georgia family. I think this video really goes above and beyond in translating the song into a true visual experience. Welcome to the family, y’all!”

Keep an eye out for Hammack, as she will be performing at some major country music festivals this summer, including LakeShake Festival, Country Fest, Country Thunder Wisconsin, and Seven Peaks Festival. Additionally, the singer is slated to tour with country music heavy hitters, Dierks Bentley, Miranda Lambert, and Brothers Osborne later this year.

New Yorkers can catch Hammack on July 3rd at Long Island Community Hospital Amphitheater in Farmingville, New York, accompanied by Lee Brice, Chris Jason, and Drew Baldridge.
