Alana Springsteen is a true artist in the music industry. She wears her heart on her sleeve, lets fans into her inner world, and delivers music that is real, raw, and vulnerable. While we have loved all her music, her latest record, I Hope This Helps might be her best to date. Her brand new album is officially out today.
Featuring sixteen tracks, all co-written by Springsteen, the record feels like a diary come to life. For the past two years, the singer has worked on her self, done copious amounts of therapy, and really unlearned her patterning in favor of emerging as the most healed version of herself yet. Each song reflects her journey in its own way.
“Some of them are confessions, some of them are like late night epiphanies, some of them are crash outs, some of them are moments where I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. It really just documents my journey through it and it has taken me to a level of vulnerability that I didn’t think was possible for me,” shared the singer in a conversation with Country Swag. “I’m gonna look back on this record as an album that changed my life, like, regardless of the accolades, regardless of what it does, these songs have made me a different human, a better human.”
