Superstar in the making, Ty Myers officially readies his sophomore project. The RECORDS Nashville/Columbia artist is known for blending his unique influences and his songwriting prowess. Both of which are all over his latest record. Heavy On The Soul is officially out now.
With seventeen songs, Myers proves that his wise beyond his years. The record features eleven solo-writes from the artists, as well a collaboration with Marcus King, “Two Trains,” and a write with King on “Songs for You.” The project was recorded at Alabama’s FAME Recording Studios, where Myers’ inspirations Aretha Franklin and Otis Redding also recorded. Throughout the record, the breakthrough singer-songwriter proves he’s one to look out for.
