Trey Pendley is kicking off 2026 with a bang! The artist releases songs that speak to his story, his upbringing, and the type of music he wants to share with the world. Today, the singer-songwriter officially shares his debut EP, Podunk with the world.
With just six songs, Pendley manages to capture both who is ask artist and the experiences he’s been through on one cohesive record. “Podunk is essentially me owning every part of where I’m from. The good, the bad, and the sometimes hilarious,” shared Pendley in a recent press release. “Those experiences shaped how I see the world and now, how I write songs. When I realized this song sums up my past in that way, it made sense to name the whole EP after it. This project is for the people who grew up the same way I did and never tried to be nothin’ different.”
