Today, they make their major label debut with their brand new EP, Sweet Southern Summer featuring six songs, including two new releases, “Karma’s The Devil” and “Who Gets To Heaven (Nobody Knows).
Originally, The Band Loula let the title track of the record speak for the project, adding to the excitement about the project’s release. “Our new song ‘Sweet Southern Summer’ is a postcard from the things that raised us in North Georgia…dirt roads, rocking chairs, honeysuckle off the vine, and growing up on Lula Road,” shared the duo in a recent press release. “It bottles up the kind of front-porch summer that never really leaves you, no matter how much time passes. This track sets the tone for our upcoming EP, which is a patchwork of stories that encompass who we are.”
