Warner Records artist, Wesko is truly one to look out for. The singer-songwriter has talent for blending country, soul, and rock with swampy and ear-pleasing sounds into a cohesive song. With his latest release, Wesko moves away from the acoustic sounds first heard on his Familiar Spirits EP in favor of that country-rock style. “Big Bad Love” is officially out now.

Written by Wesko with Jesse Grommet and Emmi Elliot, “Big Bad Love” captures the listener’s attention from the moment it starts. According to a renecent press release the track, “follows a rolling stone finally surrendering to love, where whiskey, wine, five-and-dime roses and a leather-and-lace “shotgun rider” spin a blue-collar romance into a rock-tinged country burner.” If that isn’t alluring, we don’t know what it is!
