Graham Barham Shares New Single “You Won’t Let Me Stay”

Graham Barham shares brand new single, “You Won’t Let Me Stay,” out now, December 13th, on all streaming platforms. Listen to the new track below.

Sony Music Nashville recording artist, Graham Barham knows how to craft a catchy song with lyrics you have no choice but to pay attention to. Barham is on an absolute roll, releasing songs that speak to both his talent as a songwriter and his ability to create a catchy song that rivals artists like Morgan Wallen. Today, Barham is adding to his catalog with another new song called, “You Won’t Let Me Stay.”

In a recent press release, Barham shared some background behind the new single. “The song is really asking, ‘You want me here, but do you care for me?’ The story tellers in Nashville are unbelievable and I really have to credit this song to Lindsay Rimes. He brought the song to life. The way the production is pieced together is beyond what I thought it could be.”

Written by Barham with Cole Miracle, Lindsay Rimes, and Michale Whitworth, “You Won’t Let Me Stay” depicts the push-push of a relationship that cannot quite close the door for good. It’s an all too relatable feeling. The song conveys the message without feeling too repetitive. The song is full of clever lyrics and a beat that is hard not to groove to.

“How you change your mind // Girl it’s messing with my head // Think I’ll just drink tonight // Cuz if I end up in your bed  // You won’t let me stay, you let me stay // You won’t let me go, you won’t let me go, no // You don’t know if I”m a locked screen door // Or the lockscreen on your phone // I’ll be at the bar killing Casamigos // Racking up a shot count, Quentin Tarantino // Baby, you won’t let it be over // So, you won’t let me stay // You won’t let me stay // Sober, sober // Sober, sober”

We are excited to see what comes down the pipeline next for the singer-songwriter. “You Won’t Let Me Stay” is definitely worth listening to!

Graham Barham + Lauren Watkins Join Forces on Brand New Song

Graham Barham and Lauren Watkins collaborate on their brand new song, “Straight To My Heart,” out now, March 29th, on all streaming platforms. Listen to the new track below.

We have said it time and time again, there is nothing like a solid collaboration in country music. Today, singer-songwriters, Graham Barham and Lauren Watkins deliver a gift to our ears with their new collaboration song. “Straight To My Heart” is officially out today.

“Looks bad, I Know // I’m drunk //S o won’t you just go easy on me // You yelled, I used // The end of us // Hit me like a truck at full speed // What else was I gonna do // If I gotta get over you // ten months went straight out the door // A good thing went straight to hell // Pedal went straight to the floor // No coming back I can tell // I shoulda went straight to bed // But I went straight to the bar // Whiskey went straight to my head // Goodbye went straight to my heart”

Written by the artists with Will Bundy and Lydia Vaughan, “Straight To My Heart” will literally pierce your heart after just one listen. The song is a beautiful back and forth between Barham and Watkins. It depicts heartbreak in its truest form and chronicles the stages of grief at the end of a relationship. Both Barham and Watkins give a lot of credit to their fellow songwriters on creating the song.

“The title was Lydia Vaughan’s idea, and I’ve been wanting to write a song with Lauren for a long time. It worked out well that Will Bundy, my best friend and producer, is her fiancé and they were counseling me through a relationship at the time. Lauren was such an important part of writing this song, and of course she and Will knew what was happening in my life. She took the reins, and we wrote the song and cut it all within 36 hours,” shared Barham.

Both Barham and Watkins are exciting rising artists in country music right now. “Straight To My Heart” is an incredible song to add to each of their prospective, growing music catalogs.
