McCreery’s current radio single, “Damn Strait,” adds to that list, marking his fifth consecutive #1 song for the artist.
According to McCreery, “Damn Strait” was a song he fell in love with from the get-go. In a recent press release, he shared, “‘Damn Strait’ is a song I fell in love with the second I heard it. You know the way it’s written, it’s both your classic country heartbreak song all at the same time while being a tribute to the King of Country Music himself, George Strait.”
