Justin Moore Shares New Song “Love Your Hometown” Ahead of Album
Justin Moore shares new song, “Love Your Hometown,” out now, September 20th on all streaming platforms. Listen to the brand new track below.
We are one track closer to country traditionalist, Justin Moore’s eighth studio album, This is My Dirt, with today’s release of the patriotic “Love Your Hometown.” Based on the first three releases, the album’s theme seems to be nostalgia, and this tune follows suit. The moving track was written by Moore along with Will Bundy, Randy Montana, Jeremy Stover. The singer speaks for his entire hometown as they wish their brave soldier the best of luck in the army. He assures him/her that there will be plenty of prayers sent overseas and celebratory beers when he/she returns.
“There ain’t one day that you don’t cross my mind like a southern breeze // And I’ll be right here waiting on you to come back to me // I hope you know you damn sure make us proud // Love, your hometown”
The album, due out October 11, has twelve songs including features with Randy Houser, Dierks Bentley, and Blake Shelton. Its lead single and title track is climbing the country radio charts, currently sitting in the top ten. Moore and Houser are teaming up for The Country Round Here Tonight tour, stopping in the tri-state area next weekend in Connecticut, New Jersey, and Philadelphia. For tickets, head to his website.
