Josh Ross earns his first number one single at country radio with his song, “Single Again.” Get all the details here.

Canada native, Josh Ross continues to make waves in the country music industry. While the singer-songwriter has had a lot of success in Canada, the artist continues to cultivate a bigger and bigger fanbase here in the U.S. Today, Ross officially earns his first number one on American country radio with his single, “Single Again.”

Written by Ross with Joe Fox and Brad Rempel, “Single Again” is a catchy country song, filled with word play and hooky lyrics. The song was inspired by a true experience where the singer ran into his high-school crush at a bar, only to find out she had a boyfriend.

“And we had a neon night slow dance // You’d be getting to forgetting all about him // And you’d be walking out of here without him // When you’re single again // And you’re thinking of me // Ya know I got that same ole Tennessee // 615 that you used to hit up // Half past where you at pick me up // When you’re all over him // I hope you’re all over me // I got a king size bed // Just missing a queen // Make me your first call after your last call with him // And you won’t ever be single again”

“Single Again” marks Ross’ first number one single at country radio. We’re excited to see what’s next for the rising artist!
