Vincent Mason Readies Debut Album and Releases “Days Are Numbered”

Vincent Mason shares new song “Days Are Numbered,” out now, September 16th, on all streaming platforms. Listen to the brand new track below.

Since the minute Vincent Mason came on our radar, we knew he was something special. A true country John Mayer, Mason continues to impress with each and every release. As fans anticipate his debut album, There I Go, out November 7th, Mason shares his newest single, “Days Are Numbered.”

Like some of the singer-songwriter’s earlier releases, “Days Are Numbered” is heartfelt, honest, raw, and real. The song depicts what it’s like being an artist who’s away from his love. The catchy melodies mixed with the personal, yet heartfelt lyrics make for a captivating song.

“‘It’s now or never, boy don’t you slow down’ // Another ninety miles south of a nowhere town // Prolly crash and burn just ain’t sure when // But we sold thousand tickets, better turn it up to ten // Me and this 6-string been puttin’ in work // Ol’ number 7 just to settle my nerves // This black top been kickin’ my ass // Got ninety minutes make ’em love me back // Goin zero to a hundred, and I ain’t comin’ down yet, down yet // That 5AM sunrise lookin’ like sunset, sunset // Wouldn’t trade this life for nothin’ or another // But my nights are long, and my days are numbered”

“Days Are Numbered” is one of Mason’s best songs to date! The track will leave fans even more excited for the upcoming album. If Mason’s not on your radar yet, what are you doing?!

Priscilla Block’s New Song “Phones & Radios” Is Out Now

Priscilla Block shares new song, “Phones & Radios,” out now, September 12th on all streaming platforms. Listen to the brand new track below.

Rising country star, Priscilla Block continues to be unapologetically herself. As we await her sophomore album, Things You Didn’t See, out this October, Block is sharing more new music to hold fans over. With each and every song, the songstress continues to unveil different sides of her heart. “Phones & Radios” is officially out now.

Block’s new song is an honest and heartbreaking break-up song. “Phones & Radios” talks about how it feels to know a relationship is ending. Block cleverly shares that the only things that should break-up on an old backroad is phones and radios. The imagery paired with the catchy melody makes “Phones & Radios” one of the singer’s best to date.

“When I got in your truck tonight // I didn’t know where you and I were headed // a quarter after seven // bout ten miles west of town // I could tell we were going south together // Thought we’d ride around together // Back road we were on the rocks // A different kind of lost // and then my heart and every bar of service dropped // Was that static on the FM or did you just say we’re done // Can’t blame bad reception, when I’m sitting here shotgun  // Yeah, I just heard it’s over and I heard it crystal clear // Only phones and radios should break up out here”

“Phones & Radios” is catchy, relatable, and honest, all things that fans can expect from album number two. Block continues to impress song after song, and we cannot wait for the world to here what she has coming soon!

Lanie Gardner: ‘Faded Polaroids’ – Album Review

Lanie Gardner shares her new album, Faded Polaroids, officially out now, September 5th on all streaming platforms. Learn more and listen to the new album below.

Since arriving on the country music scene, Lanie Gardner has carved her own lane as a singer-songwriter in the genre. She creates music that is unapologetically her, while pairing honest storytelling lyrics with thoughtful melodies and arrangements. Her recent EP, polaroids set the stage for her incredible sophomore album, Faded Polaroids, out today.

“I created the idea of Faded Polaroids using actual polaroids. Some brand new, others nicotine-stained, withered, torn and worn from being passed down through the years,” shared Gardner in a recent press release. “It felt like zooming out on my whole life and finally seeing the bigger picture. These snapshots — these songs — are the most beautiful parts of me. They tell the story of where I come from, who I come from, what I’ve learned and who I’m becoming. I hope these songs encourage people to take the time to make their own version of that too. I think it’s important that we all do.”

Faded Polaroids intentionally features eighteen songs including the six off the previously released EP. Opening up with “Takin’ The Slow Ride,” Gardner invites listeners to enjoy life’s simplest moments. Like many of her songs, such as “Mama’s Kitchen Table” and “Love You Like Appalachia”, the songstress pays homage to her home state of North Carolina and takes fans on a journey to appreciate her home-state’s beauty.

The record as a whole seamlessly blends genre, drawing on inspiration from Gardner’s rock and folk influences. Full of unfiltered anthems like, “Boot Down”, “Jeans,” and “Ur Mad,” this songstress sings her truth. On the latter, “Ur Mad,” Gardner brings the confidence and cements that she will not apologize for who she is.

While Faded Polaroids is full of thoughtful anthems, it also has deep moments of personal healing and self-discovery. On “Daddy Didn’t,” Gardner explores and opens up about her relationship with her father, allowing fans an inside look into her upbringing. Similarly on the title track, the singer-songwriter takes a sentimental look-back at moments in time, a true culmination of photographs that make up her story.

Each and every song off Faded Polaroids is purposeful and personal, yet relatable. Gardner has found a way to weave her true experiences into a beautiful work of art, something that fans will find themselves in again and again. Faded Polaroids is a record you are going to want to come back to again and again. Gardner outdid her self on the project.

Brendan Walter Releases New Song “The Other Side”

Brendan Walter releases new song, “The Other Side” is out now, September 5th, on all streaming platforms. Listen to the brand-new track below.

RECORDS Nashville and Sony Music Nashville recording artist, Brendan Walter continues to impress. Each release takes fans deeper into Walter’s world, as his songs put his storytelling on a pedestal in a way that’s both intriguing and honest. Today’s new song, “The Other Side” exemplifies that perfectly.

Written by Walter with Robert Williford and Grady Smith, “The Other Side” is a beautiful, yet tragic song about the desperation you feel when you don’t know if a relationship is going to work out, but you want it to. According to Walter, the song is written from a true and authentic place. “’In my last relationship, it was the first time I could have seen myself going the distance with someone, and while it was exciting, there is a level of feeling like you are jumping off a cliff to potentially be hurt again. There is a certain desperation that I felt to make it work and not make the same mistakes I had in the past, and the hope was to convey this desperation as a longing to find my person.”

“You left your hair tie in my kitchen // Is this just a hopeless promotion // I can see you and me // On the brink of forever and ever // I don’t know how it goes // But I’m holding a letter // Close to my chest, it says // Call me by my name // I don’t like this game where // I run, you hid // Can we make it to the other side”

Much like “Normal Day” and “Life Of Deseret,” “The Other Side” paints a vivid picture of a universal experience, while inviting the listener into the mind of Walter as a storyteller and a true artist.

Zach John King Drops Brand New Song “Space”

Zach John King shares brand new song, “Space”, out now, August 29th, on all streaming platforms. Listen to the brand new track below.

Sony Music Nashville recording artist and Morgan Wallen’s tour mate, Zach John King continues to impress with each and every release. Last month, he released a collaboration with Bayker Blankenship called, “Life Behind Bars,” which is still stuck in our heads! Today, King adds to his growing catalog with his new song, simply titled, “Space.”

“I wrote ‘Space’ after a month-long stretch of shows where I was constantly in and around cities. No woods, no quiet, just noise and nonstop movement. I got off a red-eye flight and walked straight into a writing room and said, ‘I want to write a song about what I’ve been missing’,” shared King in a recent press release. “I missed home, I missed simplicity. Most of all, I missed being out in God’s creation instead of surrounded by buildings. ‘Space’ is just an honest song about missing home.”

Zach John King and his co-writers Michael Lotten and Blake Pendergrass crafted a song that speaks to the nostalgia of coming back home. The song is an honest and relatable track about being grateful for what you have, but also missing the place that raised you. For King, “Space” embodies missing home after life on the road, being in a new city each and every day. While he may be living his dream, “Space” reminds fans and music lovers that artists are real people too.

“I need a little bit of sky clear // ‘Cause my head isn’t // take it out where the white pines sway // Book of John with some Jon boat fishing // Just take a minute // I need a little bit of // Front porch and cold Coors sipping // Stare off while the sunset waves // Tell the world that I’ve gone missing // ‘Cause I’ve gone missing // And I need a little bit of space // I need a little bit of space”

We have come to appreciate the honesty and wordplay that is evident in each and every one of King’s songs. “Space” is another song that fits the bill! Make sure to go listen ASAP!
